We are a small customer oriented dealership specializing in late-model pre-owned Subarus.    

A familiar question from new customers is “Where are the used cars, these all look new”?

~ LARGE SELECTION ~

So that our customers can drive and compare vehicles, we try to maintain a large selection of Subaru models and colors. It is not unusual for Family Motors to have up to 30 or more Subarus in inventory.  We may not always have the lowest priced vehicles, but we are told that we have the cleanest and best quality vehicles around.  In addition, most all are below the average miles for the year and almost all are still under the factory warranty. We always put a short-term warranty on every vehicle we sell. Extended warranties are also available.

~ WHERE OUR VEHICLES COME FROM ~

Almost all of our vehicles have had only one previous owner and many have just come off of lease. This is why most of our inventory is about two to three years old.  We purchase most of our vehicles directly from Subaru or major lease companies when they re-market their previously leased vehicles.  We never knowingly purchase vehicles with structural damage (which is currently most often not identified by the popular “car history” reports).  We do not buy rental cars and we make every effort to fill our inventory with vehicles that have not been smoked in and do not have pet smells.

~ INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION ~

When newly purchased vehicles arrive at Family Motors, they are subjected to a comprehensive 100+ point inspection and road test by experienced mechanics.  They make sure everything is working properly and if they find something that is not right, it gets fixed.  We also replace tires and/or brakes if either is under 50%.  Each vehicle is then certified and given a 2-month/2,000-mile (whichever comes first) limited warranty.  This is free, has a $0 deductible and is in addition to any remaining factory warranty on the vehicle.  Customers are encouraged to inspect the mechanic’s report on any vehicle and a sales person will be happy to go over it with them.  We provide owner’s manuals, warranty books and extra keys for all vehicles.

~ FAMILY MOTORS' PRICING POLICY ~

All of our prices are firm - we do not haggle over price.  We put the lowest selling price possible on our pre-owned Subarus so that we can stay in business and so that you get the quality and value that has made Family Motors a place where customers can buy with confidence. We have had our no-haggle pricing policy for over twenty years and it is one of the things that we receive the most positive feedback about! We try to make the buying process as simple, relaxing, "no-pressure" and as fun as possible.

FINANCING

Family Motors offers direct financing through the Credit Union Direct Lending program (CUDL).  If you are a credit union member, most of the time you can complete all the paperwork necessary right here and drive your new purchase home.  If you are not a member of a credit union, the CUDL program makes it quick and easy to join. ~ TRADE-INS ~

Yes, we do take trades.  We will be happy to inspect your prospective trade and give you a value.  Please bring your title, current registration, owner's manuals and extra keys with you if you are planning to trade in a vehicle.
